Patna (Bihar) [India], October 1 (ANI): An exhibition of paintings by poet, artist and diplomat Abhay K. on the Buddhist philosophy of Shunyata opened on Tuesday at Bihar Museum, Patna. The exhibition will run from October 1 to October 10.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Anjani Kumar Singh, Director General of Bihar Museum, on October 1 in the presence of eminent people from the field of art and culture.
The exhibition explores the Buddhist philosophy of Shunyata, which is an often-misunderstood term. It does not refer to “nothingness” but to interdependence and the emptiness of a separate, fixed existence.

Anjani Kumar Singh, Director General, Bihar Museum, Patna, speaking at the inauguration, said, “Abhay K. has exhibited his paintings in several countries. However, it is his first exhibition in his home state of Bihar, and we are delighted to host his exhibition, ‘Shunyata’, at Bihar Museum, Patna. As someone who has witnessed his work, I can attest to the novelty and transcendentality he brings in his artworks.”
