New Delhi [India], August 26 (ANI): Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson has passed away, according to Sky Sports. The Swedish coach, 76, was England’s first foreign head coach and led the national team to the 2002 and 2006 World Cups, as well as Euro 2004.
Eriksson’s illustrious managerial career included stints at several high-profile European clubs such as Benfica, Roma, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Lazio, Manchester City, and Leicester City.
