IIT Guwahati’s Techno-Management Fest to start from Aug 29 – World News Network

Guwahati (Assam) [India], August 23 (ANI): IIT Guwahati on Friday announced Techniche 2024, its annual techno-management fest from 29th August to 1st September, set to be a hub of innovation, creativity, and competition.
Over the years, Techniche has evolved into a premier platform that gathers some of the brightest minds from across the nation, and this year continues that tradition with renewed excitement.
Techniche 2024 will attract participants from prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, IIMs, ISBs, and other renowned regional colleges.
Students from diverse academic backgrounds will compete in challenging events designed to push the boundaries of innovation and technical expertise. Notable competitions include Robowars, showcasing engineering ingenuity, and Aqua Wars, where participants navigate underwater robotics.
Beyond competition, Techniche 2024 will feature the Nexus and Lecture Series, where distinguished speakers from various industries and academia will share invaluable insights, enriching students’ educational journeys.
In keeping with its mission to contribute to society, Team Techniche has actively engaged in CSR activities with the support of esteemed sponsors. These initiatives include a Brahmaputra River cleaning drive, hand wash and sanitiser distribution to underprivileged areas, sanitary pads drive in girls’ schools, a blood donation camp on the IIT Guwahati campus, and a free dental checkup camp at the institute.
These efforts reflect Techniche’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond technology and management.
Technische 2024 will also offer a variety of entertainment options, including a Bollywood night and a comedy night, providing attendees with a break from the competitions.
Additionally, this year’s fest introduces Legacy, an esports competition that promises to captivate participants and audiences alike.
Presented by FastX, Live Xtreme, in association with LearnHill Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Techniche 2024 invites students to register for workshops and Nexus at www.techniche.org. Participants will enjoy free access to Pronite, exhibitions, and other fest attractions.
